Great Hotel with very friendly staff. Good Location in walking distance to Shinjuku and 2 Metro stations close to the Hotel. We had breakfast in a small bakery next to the Hotel (recommended if you just want a coffee and something sweet). Only one small thing kept us from giving 5 Stars is that the room was quite warm at night and we could not sleep without the AC running

We had a great two night stay which included breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and included all the amenities you could ever need. The staff were very kind and friendly with a simple check in/out with the option to extend an hour at 1000 yen/hr. It was close to all the action of Shinjuku while being far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

We had a terrific stay at this hotel at this hotel. The room was comfortable the staff highly professional. The location was excellent for exploring the Shinjuku neighborhood of Tokyo 711 attached to the hotel was very convenient for cash and snacks. I would highly recommend staying with his lovely hotel.

Area around hotel is very good; however, it’s surrounded by business buildings so it was very busy during rush hours. Hotel is near many restaurants and transit hubs. Double room is a bit small but very clean and has comfortable bed.
